Program ATRAE 2026 – consolidated talent incorporation

To facilitate the incorporation of talent consolidated researcher, of recognized international prestige, and

who a relevant period of its activity has recently developed professional abroad; in such a way that

progress is promoted forward a Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation System (SECTI) more

competitive at national and international level.

The Carolina Foundation, in collaboration with the Banco Santander, is organizing the Young

Iberoamerican Leaders Program, whose twenty-first edition will take place between on June 14th and

27th, 2026, in the cities of Madrid, Brussels and Cadiz.

Requirements:

✓ Nationality of a Latin American country and a member of the Ibero American Community of

Nations, including Spain and Portugal.

✓ Higher education degree (degree, degree or equivalent, engineering or architectural title, etc.) after

October 1, 2023 and not more than 27 years.

✓ Brilliant academic record, with activities that involve your environment, social and leadership skills.
