Dear Colleague,

NuPECC (http://www.nupecc.org/) is launching a call for applications for the support of European Nuclear Physics schools scheduled in 2026. NuPECC will support the selected conferences with a typical grant of up to 500 €.

 

In order to be eligible, the school should:

 

·         be a school with topics related to nuclear physics research and/or applications and not be coupled to a conference that is supported, a big project or laboratory,

·         take place in Europe or be organised by a NuPECC Associated Member,

·         use the funds for a poster prize and/or support of students or post-docs,

·         display the NuPECC logo on the school poster and other school materials (https://www.nupecc.org/images/NuPECC_Logo_Big.jpg) and put up the NuPECC roll-up or poster at the school,

·         endorse the Joint ECFA-NuPECC-APPEC Diversity Charter (see http://www.nupecc.org/jenaa/?display=diversity) and encourage the participants to fill out the corresponding survey

 

Applications should be sent to the Chair of NuPECC, Eberhard Widmann (Eberhard.Widmann@oeaw.ac.at) with a copy to the Deputy Chair Barbara Erazmus (barbara.erazmus@cern.ch) and the Scientific Secretary (sissy.koerner@ph.tum.de) by October 31, 2025.
