Dear Colleagues, 

        The BNL EIC Theory Institute is soliciting applications for visits ranging from a week to three months for the period October 1st, 2023 to September 30, 2024. The deadline for applications is 

September 18th, 2023. Applications after this date will be considered on a rolling basis subject to availability. 

       The Institute offers generous support for such visits. In particular, sabbatical visitors for periods ranging from 1 month to three months will receive up to $10 K per month towards their expenses and 

support for round trip airfare to BNL. We encourage applications from post-doctoral fellows and from graduate students who plan to accompany their thesis advisors.  

Applications from scientists belonging to underrepresented groups are especially welcome.

        The  EIC Theory Institute closely collaborates with the Center for Frontiers in Nuclear Science (CFNS) at Stony Brook

to facilitate the participation of Institute visitors in the programs, workshops, meetings and schools run by CFNS.
